Une belle adresse Positive: Adresse centrale sur le port du Québec Appartement en duplex bien équipé et lumineux Negative: Quelques menues réparations à effectuer sur les équipements

Bel appartement confortable au centre de Québec Positive: La situation géographique est impeccable, et les espaces de l'appartement son top. Chacun avait da chambre, et les équipements permettent facilement de cuisiner sur place. Vu les prix des restos à Québec, c'est un avantage. Negative: Manque d'attention de certains détails par rapport au niveau de prix de la location. Exemple : 1 ampoule sur 6 qui fonctionne, airco qui coule. Bon contact pour prendre note des remarques mai pas de réparation pendant le séjour.

Positive: Ce logement est pour moi au top du top de la location. Pour un court ou long séjour à Québec, il convient parfaitement tant au niveau des prestations, de l'emplacement et du rapport qualité prix .Un véritable coup de cœur. Negative: Il faudrait être vraiment de mauvaise foi pour trouver quelque chose à redire.

Positive: location was good, living space was comfortable, there were an abundance of dishes to use which was nice Negative: there are no rooms, i wish there were more privacy for the beds. there was no dishrack for dishes. the coffee machine leaked

Charming, easy parking. Would Stay here again. Positive: Easy access with door code and lock box for keys. Very spacious apartment with parking directly across the street. There is also a pool across the street to enjoy when it's warmer. Place had everything you needed. Good kitchen with all the accoutrements. Very large apartments with multiple beds and spaces to gain privacy. Located at the bottom of the city so when you went out, you were always walking home downhill great coffee shop around the corner de Soleil. Negative: Dryer wasn't working. It's a 4th floor walk up.

Positive: Espace, emplacement.

Positive: Clean and spacious in apt…roof top area…lots of natural light…layout of apt…motif Negative: Outside the walled city…no elevator…hallways of the common area need new flooring…toaster oven need to be retired

We had a great staying in the property and in Quebec City. Positive: The location was great, convenient to anywhere in the city, especially to the port terminal The space in the property good enough for 6 guests Negative: 1. Only one shower for the property which can accommodate 6 guests 2. No elevator (to the 4th floor), difficult for one of our family members 3. a little too dark in the living/dining room, so difficult to work on

We had a great time and would gladly stay again! Positive: Very clean, great location, kitchen well-equipped, comfortable seating and space for relaxing. Negative: We couldn’t adjust the thermostat, it was very warm upstairs.
